Dear Parents,
It is our pleasure to introduce you to Encino Presbyterian Children’s Center Kindergarten program. This will be our 32nd year of offering our unique program.
The hours are from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Our Kindergarten program will require parent participation. The school year will tentatively begin Tuesday, August 19, 2025 and continue through Thursday, June 4, 2026. We will be closed 2 weeks at Christmas and 1 week at Easter. All other holidays will follow the public-school holiday schedule. Additionally, we will be offering before and after school care from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily.
Registration for the Kindergarten program will begin on Monday, November 4, 2024. There will only be 24 spaces available for the program and enrollment will be on a “first come, first served” basis. You may sign up for extended care at that time also.
The registration fee, earthquake fee and book fee ($500.00) and ½ month tuition to be applied to August 2025 and June 2026. THESE CHARGES ARE ALL NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE and DUE at the time of registration.
Your first full payment will be due September 1, 2024.
The following tuition rates for the Kindergarten program will be in effect for the school year
August 19, 2025 — June 4, 2026. (These dates are tentative and subject to change.)
Registration Fee: $ 200.00
Disaster Fee: $ 50.00
Book Fee: $ 250.00
Total: $ 500.00
Kindergarten Session:
8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. $1,100.00
Kindergarten Session with extended day care:
7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. $1,150.00 MWF $1,200.00
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. $1,250.00
7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $1,275.00 TTH $1,175.00
8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. $1,175.00
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. $1,225.00
8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $1,250.00
Payments will be due as follows:
½ payment for August 2025 and June 2026. Full payments for September through May
All school holidays have been deducted from your tuition. There is no reduction for days lost because of illness or personal vacations.
